Man Boobs Exercises - The Power Of The Chest Press

One of the most common concerns of men is the appearance of their chest. Some men simply want to build their chest muscles, but for others the shape of their chest assumes a greater significance. These are men who have excessive chest fat, also known as man boobs.

Man boobs are a cosmetic condition which afflicts between 30-40% of the male population. Man boobs, also known as Gynecomastia, is not a health threatening condition but it does greatly affect the social and sex life of men who suffer from them. It is well known that one of the muscles women find most attractive are the pectoral muscles. Men with man boobs are deemed less sexually appealing and often suffer from a low self-confidence.

One of the best way to reduce the amount of excessive chest fat you may have is to do focused chest workouts. One of the best man boobs exercises out there is the barbell chest press.

There are several ways to do the barbell chest press in order to target different areas of your chest:

1. The straight back chest press - place the bench perfectly horizontal. This variation works the general chest muscles. This exercise is of medium difficulty.

2. The incline chest press - place the bench at an angle of no more than 45 degrees. Perform the barbell chest press as usual. This variation works the upper chest muscles. This exercise is of high difficulty.

3. The decline chest press - place the bench at a decline and perform the chest press as usual. This variation will tone the lower part of your chest. This is an exercise of low difficulty.

I suggest doing sets of all 3 variations. This will give your pectorals an all around workout and will help reduce your man boobs.

The chest press will not eliminate your man boobs entirely, but it's a good place to start. Don't you dare settle for having man boobs.

Is My Bronchitis Contagious?

If you have bronchitis, you know how horrible it can make you feel. You probably feel like the only thing you ever get done is cough, hack, and wheeze. Not to mention the phlegm! Gross, right?

The biggest question on your mind is probably, "Is my bronchitis contagious?" The answer is that acute forms of bronchitis are very contagious and could easily be spread to everyone you come in contact with. Bronchitis is not something you probably want to share.

Bronchitis is broken down into two different types. The first you got acute bronchitis. This is the kind that makes bronchitis contagious, because it is caused by influenza, the common chest cold, or an infection.

Commonly, what makes bronchitis contagious is an infection of some sort that causes wheezing, coughing, and hacking. This is very hard for people to work through. It can be very unnerving to have to suffer with bronchitis, contagious or not.

The other kind of bronchitis is chronic bronchitis. This produces similar symptoms and signs as acute bronchitis, but is caused by different things. Smoking, second hand smoke, a virus, or something else. This usually isn't the kind of things that make bronchitis contagious. However, it's no less annoying.

One thing that is common for both types of bronchitis is that antibiotics don't do any good. Quite simply, most bronchitis, contagious or not, is not affected by antibiotics.

A virus causes acute bronchitis and antibiotics do nothing for viral infections.

Antibiotics are useful for treating bacterial infections only, and on top of that, they're not good for your health. You could be causing more problems with your body. Antibiotics are even known to create more infections, and especially yeast infections.

Usually, with bronchitis, contagious or chronic, there will be a dry cough at the beginning. This will soon turn into a ?wet' cough that is accompanied by fever, exhaustion and headaches.

Your acute bronchitis can actually be contagious for as long as you are experiencing symptoms! Those who have bronchitis for 6 months or more should get checked for other serious health conditions.

One way to deal with the antibiotic problem is to find a cure for your bronchitis that is all natural. This will ensure that you are not damaging your body with useless drugs.

There are different natural remedies for bronchitis however, the best kind of natural treatment for bronchitis, contagious or chronic, is a blend of different natural ingredients that target the root causes.

If you have chronic or acute bronchitis, tell your doctor to FORGET the antibiotics, and find something that will really work for you.

A Natural Remedy for Gingivitis, Toothaches, and Mouth Sores

Everyone has a variety of bacteria in their mouth. Some have more than others. This bacterium helps you by beginning the digestive process.

Excess bacteria in your mouth have now been found to cause more than tooth decay, gingivitis or gum disease. So, you need to know, even though you might not have gingivitis, how to control these plaque-building bacteria in your mouth.

Bacteria that create gingivitis live in your plaque and cause your gums to inflame, bleed, and separate from your teeth. You can also have bad breath when you have gingivitis. In more severe cases, your gums become sore, teeth hurt, gums recede, and teeth loosen.

To stop the inflammation and gum separation use this natural remedy to kill some of these bacteria and strengthen your gums in your mouth.

Here are the herbs and the formula you will need to make a remedy for a mild case of gingivitis:

2 parts white oak bark herb ??powder

1 part myrrh gum herb ??power or granules

3/4 part Peppermint leaves converted to powder

part anise herb ??power or seeds

1/8 part clove - powder

If herbs and leaves are not in powder form, grind them in a coffee grinder. Use this formula to make as much powder as you want.

Place the mixture into a small container. I usually use a small-unused vitamin bottle.

I usually mix a small amount and use a tablespoon as my measuring tool. For example, 2 tablespoons of white oak, 1 tablespoon of myrrh gum, tablespoon of peppermint leaves, and so on. The measurements do not have to be so precise.

How to use it:

To control bacteria in your mouth, use this power once a week. If you have gingivitis, you can use this 3 times a day. Place some powder on your toothbrush and brush your teeth and gums. After brushing spit out, a few time, the saliva and residue powder. Don?t rinse out your mouth since you want to keep the active herb powders in your month. You can swallow any that remains in your mouth with no problem.

This powder combination is bitter, but quite powerful and will get the job done. You can add more peppermint powder to make it less bitter, if you like.

For severe cases of gingivitis and toothaches, you can also moist some powder with distilled water and then place the paste all along the your teeth and gums ??front and back. Leave the paste in your mouth as long as you can. Don?t worry about the herbs getting in between your teeth. This remedy works.

My wife was schedule for a root canal last year and a few weeks before her tooth started paining and couldn't sleep. So I made this remedy. She just placed the powers around the painful area. It wasn't long before the pain stopped and she was able to go to sleep.

There have been other clients that have used this remedy for a month and successfully avoided having the dentist apply gingivitis treatment. In cases of severe gingivitis, go see your dentist and at the same time use this remedy.

4 Natural Home Remedies to Ease the Pain of Sunburn

At some time or another, we?ve all experienced the effects of sunburn ??be it a light burn or a more heavy burn.

Although the sting of regret of inadequate protection (from UV exposure) can be an excellent incentive to plan more carefully on ?future??occasions, it?s of little help in soothing the immediate physical sting (i.e. pain) accompanying sunburn.

However if you ?have??found yourself having spent a little too much time in the sun, -- here are 4 natural home remedies to help ease the pain of sunburn, and assist in the body?s healing process:

1.Cool Milk Compresses: - The fat and lactic acids in milk are known to have soothing qualities for sunburned skin. Soak a soft cloth or cotton gauze in cool whole milk, and dab carefully onto the burned skin. Do this for around 20 minutes, and follow by rinsing off with cool water. (Due to the importance of the milk?s fat content, it?s important that whole milk be used in this treatment).

2.Cool, sugarless tea: - The tannin in tea is the active ingredient here, which helps to soothe and relieve some of the discomfort of sunburned skin. After brewing a big pot of tea, and allowing it to cool completely, slosh the affected areas with a soft sponge or washcloth. As with the vinegar (4), you could also fill a spray bottle, and spray the tea directly on the skin. And don?t throw away the used (cool) teabags. These are especially good for sensitive areas around the eyes ??simply place the teabags over your eyes if they feel hot and tired. (If you have ?St. John?s Wort?? consider using this as it contains cooling properties, which can help tone down some of the heat in your skin, as well as soothing the nerve endings damaged by the sunburn).

3.Aloe Vera: - Aloe Vera is commonly used to treat sunburn. As well as providing soothing relief, it may also assist in the healing process. Apply to the affected areas as needed. Although the gel extracted directly from an aloe Vera plant works best, if you don?t have ready access to one, you may use an ?over the counter??Aloe Vera Cream that contains the gel. For this to be effective, just ensure that the cream contains a high concentration of Aloe Vera than it does water or other solutions.

4.Water: - When exposed to the sun, your body loses water and essential body salts. Dehydration occurs when your body loses too much fluid, and begins to reabsorb fluid from the blood and other body tissues. To prevent the consequences of dehydration, increase your fluid intake to ensure you adequately re-hydrate your body for optimum recovery and health.

Sunburn should of course be avoided where possible -- particularly as it?s adverse affects not only include damage to the skin, but also the increased risk of skin cancer. Prevention and protection should always be considered the best treatment for sunburn, and will assist in ensuring your optimum long-term health!
